Prayer...PLEASE

So tonight during the middle of class I had to step out in order to register for my summer and fall classes. So I began to register and of course nothing went smoothly (typical with anything at SHSU). I have one class that is a pre-requisite class for most of my classes that I cannot register for until the end of April. That's right my class schedule will be completely up in the air until the end of April. I will hopefully wake up tomorrow and finish my registration (except for my 1 IMPORTANT class). The reason this is SUCH a big deal is that class schedules may postpone graduation until the Summer of '10.

Please pray that I have patience in giving my semester schedules to the LORD. Also, please pray that I choose not to worry or obsess over this until then. Needless to say I came home from class about 10:30 PM and headed straight to email certain people. Then after feeling overwhelmed like I had no control over my life or situations I headed straight for my bible. Let me tell you that God is GOOD and provides the perfect scripture in times of need :). Here are some scriptures:

I think that I will cling to these verses over the next couple of weeks...

How I Spent My Spring Break...

I know most college students look forward to spring break (sleeping, tanning, shopping, and a whole lot of nothing). Well, graduate students really do not get a spring break which is just cruel and unusual punishment. I spent my spring break completing 1 presentation, 2 reflection papers, 1 research papers, 2 discussion boards, and 1 test. So this means that right now I am not ahead in my classes, but great news I am not behind in my classes either.

I did get to sleep in several mornings, but since the weather was TERRIBLE I didn't get to lay out :(. Right now I am praising God for the wonderful weather today and this week :) :) :)!!!!

Soccer MOM

Today was my first official day of SPRING BREAK. I slept in this morning and then began my 5k training!?! Then I went to pick up Hudson and Jackson at Mother's day out. This was my first time to drive a mini-van and pick kiddos up. I have to say it was a little weird. As soon as I got into the car "Finding Nemo" began playing. When I got to first baptist the boys were confused about my picking them up, but they came to go "bye-bye." It was a little challenging to get them into the mini-van, and loaded into their carseats. About 10 minutes later we were on our way home for NAPS.

After the boys woke up from naps we had some snacks and watched "Monsters INC." Or as Jackson called it "INC".

I have SOOOO MUCH ADMIRATION and AMAZEMENT for SARAH RIGGS :)

5K Training?!?

OK....I think Allison had a ridiculous moment at dinner tonight. Both of us have been working out and running for a few weeks now. Tonight Allison suggested that we should train for a 5K. So after discussion and research on the internet. I found my training schedule, and I will begin training this Monday. We don't know when we will actually run the 5K, but it will probably depend on when the next 5K that A&M will have on campus.

I am excited about the training, but also dreading the pain and hurt. Oh well, bring on the PAIN!!!!

SPRING BREAK!!!

WOO HOO.....I woke up this morning and watch some adorable kids in the nursery. Then went to lunch with a friend, and then watch the Riggs' boys!! Finally, I went to class where we watched a "parenthood"?!? NOW I AM OFFICIALLY ON SPRING BREAK!!! This means sleeping in, NO school, watching TV, NO school, going to the movies, NO school, catching up on homework, AND NO SCHOOL!!!!!
